Sign free-agents, win battles, gain experience and evolve players!

Pokegoal is a 2D turn-based football RPG, where the goal is to recruit players and use them to win battles against other coaches.

Turn-Based Battles: The game unfolds through turn-based battles, where the user can choose from 4 different moves during each confrontation with an opponent.

Active and Passive Effects: Each move has unique active and/or passive effects, providing a level of strategy and tactics. The player's decisions during battles influence the final outcome.

Experience and Leveling: By defeating opponents, the player earns experience that allows them to level up. As they level up, their base stats such as Life, Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed improve.

Player Evolution: Once reaching a certain level, some players can advance to a next career phase, becoming stronger and acquiring new abilities.

Contracts and Player Acquisition: To expand the team's roster, the player uses contracts. During battles, contracts can be used towards free agents to convince them to join your team.

Free Agents: Randomly located in specific areas of the map, available for contract signing. Reducing an opposing player to low levels of life increases the likelihood of convincing them to join your team.

Role Categorization: Players are divided into 7 roles, each with weaknesses and resistances towards a specific other role. For example, a goalkeeper is weak against a striker.

Role-Specific Moves: Each player has moves related to their role on the field, reflecting the player's specialization. Each move has unique power, accuracy, and secondary and/or passive abilities.

Yellow and Red Cards: During battles, some moves may result in a yellow or red card for the player using them. If a player receives two yellow cards or a red card, they become unusable for the rest of the battle, adding a strategic and risk element to the player's tactical decisions.

Clarity: A bar that decreases with each move used during battles. Lower clarity makes the player less accurate, increasing the likelihood of failing moves. More powerful moves result in a greater loss of clarity.
